Anahat Vibes is an initiative that brings together the timeless traditions of Indian Classical Music and Yoga.
It is a space where we come together to create an environment filled with positivity, peace, and meaningful energy. We believe that sound, breath, and mindful movement can become powerful pathways to greater awareness and deeper inner connection.
To cultivate this awareness, we need a soulful space where we can pause, concentrate, focus, and become truly aware of our own being—with the guidance and wisdom of experienced experts in their respective fields.
At Anahat Vibes, we encourage people to explore their inner selves, discover the art within, and experience the true essence of their own presence.
Anahat Vibes is a journey inward—towards awareness, connection, and the harmony within.
Our experiences are designed to create a space where one can pause, listen and reconnect — not only with music, but with oneself.
At Anahat Vibes, we believe that the journey towards well-being begins with awareness. When we become conscious of our breath, attentive to sound, mindful of movement, and present in the moment, we begin to experience a deeper connection with ourselves. Our sessions are conducted with the support of experienced practitioners and experts in their respective fields, bringing together knowledge, tradition, discipline, and practical understanding.
Our aim is not to prescribe a single way of experiencing awareness, but to provide the right environment and guidance for each individual to discover their own path. Through mindful practices, soulful music, and moments of stillness, we aspire to inspire greater awareness, emotional balance, harmony, and inner well-being.
The word “Anahat” refers to the unstruck sound—a concept deeply rooted in Indian philosophical and spiritual traditions. It represents a sound that exists beyond external creation, often associated with the subtle inner experience of sound and consciousness.
“Vibes” refers to the subtle vibrations that we feel, experience, and respond to. In Indian traditions, Nāda and sound are understood as forms of vibration, each carrying its own unique quality and resonance. The primordial sound “Om” is traditionally regarded as the fundamental vibration from which the universe emerges.
The name "Anahat Vibes" reflects our belief that beyond the sounds and movements of the outside world, there is an inner space of stillness, awareness, and connection waiting to be explored. Together we explore how sound, vibration, and awareness can connect us more deeply with ourselves and the world around us.
Our programs are designed for beginners as well as those looking to deepen their practice, with guidance from experienced teachers and practitioners.
